In accordance with GEO ordinance no. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel.

According to GEO 34/2014, food and cosmetic products are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.  

However, SC PERFUMES DU FELI SRL offers you the opportunity to return the products within 14 calendar days, after a prior notification to the email address: contact@feliperfumes.ro

The products for which returns are NOT accepted are:

- Products whose seal has been broken or damaged

Denunciation and return procedure:

The return cost is borne entirely by the customer and the return can only be made through the Rapid Courier company at the address of the registered office at Str. Papadiei Nr. 5, Santandrei, Bihor, without Cost Reimbursement or payment to the Recipient.

Steps to follow are:

1. The return is made by announcing in advance the return intention through a written notice as follows to the email address contact@feliperfumes.ro 

2. The package is delivered to a courier company of the customer's choice, and the delivery is made to the address mentioned above. The order number is also mentioned on the return package. Following the discussion with the Customer Relations department, a day will be established, respectively an address from which the courier will pick up the package for return.

3. The customer hands over the parcel to the courier together with all the documents initially received.

4. The amount initially paid by the customer will be reimbursed, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the full receipt of the return parcel at the PERFUMES DU FELI SRL headquarters together with the letter of denunciation. From this amount, the transport fees related to the return will be withheld. The transport costs will be paid in full by the customer.

Remarks:

- Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receiving the package.
- The package will contain all the documents initially received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the termination of the contract and requesting the return of the amount paid, indicating the account and the bank where the money will be returned. 
- You can use the withdrawal form available here: withdrawal form. This form is only a model and is not mandatory.

If the return procedure is not respected, and the customer sends the package back without prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

In the event that a package that was shipped by FELI PERFUMES. RO is not accepted by the recipient without a given reason and without prior notice through any contact method: phone, email, chat support, etc. the following measures will be ordered:

- Only the online card payment method will remain active in the customer account for the following orders placed.

SC PERFUMES DU FELI SRL will always try to resolve any complaint amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In this sense, we provide you with an email address to which you can direct any notification or complaint to which we will respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days: contact@feliperfumes.ro.

If the amicable solution is not possible, the legal provisions will apply.
