Feli Perfumes aim to process & deliver all orders within 2-3 working days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Rates and Destinations:

Free delivery is available on all orders above AED 399. On amount less than that, standard fees are applied. We delivery to all regions in the United Arab Emirates.

Out of Stock:

All orders are subject to availability. 

Cash on Delivery:

We offer this option in the UAE only. 

Special Instructions:

There is a text box at the check out to add any notes or special instructions to your order.

Damaged Goods: 

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@feliperfumes.com so we can resolve the issue.

Feli Perfumes will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
